Can I request security services now?
Yes, we accept enquiries and preliminary planning requests from anywhere in India and abroad. Regulated deployments require verified authorisations, capacity and an approved agreement.
How is a quotation prepared?
We review your site, hours, posts, staffing, supervision, relief and delivery options. Pricing is tailored after assessment; no automatic estimate is binding.
Does an enquiry confirm service or a start date?
No. Enquiry, preliminary proposal, signed contract and authorised deployment are separate stages. Each requires its own review.
Are partner services already approved?
No partner availability is claimed. Any proposed provider must be verified for the particular service, location, authorisation, insurance and capacity before appointment.
Can you review multiple sites or tenders?
You may submit a multi-site or procurement enquiry. Feasibility and tender eligibility are assessed before any commitment; no eligibility or award is guaranteed.
Do applicants need to pay a fee?
No applicant fees. Do not pay intermediaries or share OTPs, passwords or banking credentials. An expression of interest is not a job offer.
How can I raise a concern or change a requirement?
Use the contact or complaints page and include your reference if available. Changes, replacements, contract duration and renewals require a documented review; response times are not promised.
