His background as a former Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) officer is supplied by the company; no rank, service dates, awards or government endorsement are claimed.
Moving from a service-oriented background to private enterprise brings a new responsibility: trust must be earned, not assumed. Customers need commitments supported by capable people, sound processes and accountable management. MSS aims to make discipline, integrity and preparedness part of its working culture.
